Job Description
As a tax advisor/tax advisor at MIS, you will be responsible for comprehensive tax advice and preparation of tax returns. Your tasks include:
- Providing tax advice to our clients (especially in the field of income taxes, VAT, tax optimization).
- Preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements in the field of taxation.
- Communication with tax authorities and clients in dealing with tax issues and possible inspections.
- Solving complex tax problems and advising on business decisions.
- Relevance in tax legislation and implementation of changes in tax regulations into practice.
- Cooperation with accountants in the preparation of documents necessary for tax returns and analyzes.
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher education in economics, law or other relevant field.
- Authorization to carry out the activity of tax advisor (ideally valid registration with the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic).
- Experience in the field of tax consulting at least 2 years (advantage is the experience of advising companies of different sizes and types).
- Knowledge of tax legislation and current changes in the field of taxation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Autonomy, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting software and practice with legal or tax documentation is an advantage.
- English at a communicative level is welcome, but not a prerequisite.
