Job Description

As a payroll accountant, you will be responsible for the complete processing of the payroll for our clients. Your main tasks will include:

  • Processing of clients' employees' salaries in accordance with current legislation.
  • Calculation of remuneration, surcharges, tax obligations and compulsory levies.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports (such as income certificates, social insurance applications/deregistrations, tax returns).
  • Communication with clients in the field of payroll issues.
  • Ensuring the correctness of data and preparing documents for internal and external audits.
  • Monitoring of legislative changes in the field of wages and labor obligations and their implementation in practice.
  • Working with accountants and tax advisors to solve complex payroll issues.

Requirements for the candidate

  • Education in economics, accounting or a similar field.
  • Experience in payroll accounting (ideally at least 2 years).
  • Knowledge of legislation in the field of wages and labor law.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different types of clients.
  • Autonomy, responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of accounting and payroll software (e.g. Kros, Helios, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Communicative English is welcome, but not a requirement.
